About Record to Report Ops Associate :-
Accenture is looking for a Record to Report Ops Associate to work at their Noida office. You will be part of Accenture’s Finance Operations team, where you will help figure out results by collecting data, doing analysis and checking transactions. This job is great for people who have a BCom degree and want to work in accounting and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- You will make sure all balance sheet accounts are correct by checking them against data.
- You will fix problems when the numbers do not match between the ledger and other systems.
- You will help with reports, account checks, bank work and treasury tasks.
- You will work on things like fixed assets, amortisation, depreciation, accruals and financial reporting standards.
- You will make sure we follow all the rules, like SOX.
- You will solve problems by following the guidelines.
- You will work with your team. Report to your supervisor.
- You will work shifts if needed.
Required Qualifications:-
- You need to have a BCom degree.
- You should have zero to two years of experience so new graduates can apply.
- You need to know about Record To Report and balance sheet account checks.
Preferred Knowledge Areas:-
- Fixed asset accounting
- Amortisation and depreciation
- Accruals and financial consolidation
- Account reconciliations (bank and general ledger)
- Treasury operations
- Financial reporting standards
- Financial analysis
- SOX compliance
