What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

1. You will gather information about target networks, people and systems.
2. You need to find ways to get into a target network.
3. You will deliver malware. Set up command and control.
4. You have to move inside target networks without getting caught by the blue teams.
5. You will make sure you can stay in the network and set up long-term beacons.
6. You have to keep track of what you do during red team operations and write it down.
7. You will help manage the Red Team Attack Network and come up with tools and techniques.
8. You need to be looking for new tools and techniques to use.
9. You will turn what you find during red team campaigns into reports that people can use.
10. You have to make sure your work is good and done on time.

Required Qualifications:-

1. You need to have experience leading red team projects or managing security programs.
2. You need to have at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, doing things like penetration testing or red team operations.

4. You need to have experience doing penetration tests and red team exercises.
5. You need to have experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure.
6. You need experience with command-and-control infrastructure.
7. You need hands-on experience with tools such as Cobalt Strike and Windows Sysinternals.
8. You need to have experience with obfuscation techniques.
9. You need to have scripting experience.
10. You need to be able to write reports and give presentations to executives.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• It is preferred that you have certifications like OSCP or OSEP.
• It is preferred that you have a blog or have given talks at conferences.
• It is preferred that you have experience with tools like Outflank OST.
• It is preferred that you have experience automating infrastructure deployment.
• It is preferred that you have experience working from home.
• It is preferred that you have communication skills and can mentor others.
• It is preferred that you have automation experience.
