Walmart USA careers 2026 has an opportunity for a Staff Product Manager who knows about Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Walmart Connect is making good advertising platforms that work on many channels. You will help make products that change the way Walmart helps brand advertisers with good advertising solutions. You will be in charge of designing and building products that use machine learning models to make ads better and get more people to buy things.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. You will lead the design and build of products that use machine learning models to make ads better and get more people to buy things.
2. You will work with data scientists and Machine Learning engineers to make solutions that help people find what they want and predict what they like.
3. You will make the Sponsored Products advertising platform better by making changes to the models and trying things.
4. You will work closely with teams like data science, engineering and product analytics to design and make new ad products.
5. You will be in charge of the product lifecycle from defining what the product should do to researching, analysing metrics, making technical specifications, developing, testing and launching the product.
6. You will find opportunities by looking at the advertising industry and seeing what is new and what is trending.
7. You will define the vision and strategy for your products using what you know about the industry. What works well.

Required Qualifications:-

To apply for this job, you need to have:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Option 1: a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related area and 7 years of experience in product management
• Option 2: 9 years of experience in product management or a related area
• You need to have experience in AdTech or MarTech. You need to know about Machine Learning and digital advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

• It is preferred that you have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration and 6 years of experience as a product manager.
• You should have experience working on complex products that people use.
• You should know about information retrieval, predictions, and recommendations.
• You should know about Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate is comfortable working with others, managing people and communicating clearly.
• You should have experience building products that use Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• You should be someone who likes to try things and is okay with changing plans.
• You should know about the advertising industry. Be excited about solving problems.
• You should care about the customers. Want to make products that are good for them.
