We have a Wipro Entry-Level Job in Hyderabad. In this job, you will resolve, maintain and manage client software, hardware and network issues based on service requests and follow defined SLAs.
The main goal of this Administrator L2 role is to resolve client software, hardware and network issues as per service requests from end-users following defined SLAs and ensure client satisfaction with our support.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Respond to all tickets from client end-users on time
- Solve service requests while maintaining quality
- Take care of the client’s network, server and system infrastructure
- Find the root cause of tickets create an action plan and fix issues
- Resolve high-priority tickets quickly
- Install and configure software and hardware as per service requests
- Follow timelines based on issue priority
- Provide application and user access as required by clients
- Track tickets from start to resolution
- Backup important. Logs on time
- Work with the on-site team to resolve problems
Mandatory Skills:-
- Linux Administration
