About Cognizant Policy Servicing Job:-

The Cognizant Policy Servicing Job is open for people who have experience working with insurance operations. This job is available in Pune and Noida. You will be working with the Property and Casualty Insurance team. Your main goal is to make sure that the work is done correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Working on things like policy issuance and endorsements and renewals and cancellations. Reinstatements
2. Check service requests and documents to make sure they are accurate and follow the rules
3. Update the policy information in the computer system and use MS Excel or Word to keep track of things
4. Meet the deadlines and help manage the workload during night shifts
5. Make sure that the work is done correctly and follows the rules and regulations
6. Working with teams to make sure that things run smoothly and to answer any questions
7. Keep records and reports in spreadsheets
8. Follow the rules about keeping customer information safe

Required Qualifications:-

• 2 to 6 years of experience working with insurance or in an office
• Able to communicate in English
• Good at using MS Office, like Excel and Word and PowerPoint
• It is a plus if you have experience working with Property and Casualty Insurance
• Willing to work from the office at night
• Careful and able to solve problems

Preferred Certifications:-

• MS Office Specialist Certification
• Property and Casualty Insurance Certification
