    • Rest of the week: 3 pm to 12 am

About Concentrix Remote Job Opportunity:-

We have a Concentrix Remote Job Opportunity, and we’re looking for experienced finance professionals. Your main task will be to ensure that monthly revenue accruals, invoice processing and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation are done accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Make sure monthly revenue accruals are processed correctly and on schedule
2. Create and send out sales invoices to clients
3. Record revenue entries, including accruals, invoices and write-offs
4. Upload invoices to third-party payment portals
5. Work with departments and client points of contact to resolve disputes
6. Review and clean up billed and unbilled ageing reports
7. Help with audits by providing data and backups
8. Assist with AR reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
9. Keep operating procedures (SOPs) up to date for projects you handle

Candidate Profile:-

Education:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounts
• Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter (Semi-Qualified)

Experience:

• At 2-3 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service or consulting company
• Hands-on experience with invoicing and monthly revenue accruals

Technical Skills:

• Good at using Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with third-party portals for invoice processing
• Experience with systems and generating reports

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented
