Key Responsibilities:-
Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Innovation
The person in this role will. Own the Artificial Intelligence vision and plan for the COE. They will decide which Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning frameworks, Large Language Models and automation tools to use. They will lead projects to test and try out things.
Thought Leadership
This person will be the face of Artificial Intelligence and operational innovation inside and outside the company. They will. Promote good practices, frameworks and standards. They will guide practitioners and lead by example by getting involved in the work.
People Leadership
The COE Lead will build, develop and keep a performing team of Artificial Intelligence practitioners. They will create a culture where people feel safe, can learn and take ownership of their work. They will have conversations with team members about their performance.
Delivery
This person will be in charge of the COE operations, including deciding how to use resources and planning for the future. They will define Key Performance Indicators, Objectives and Key Results for the COE. They will. Fix problems that slow down delivery.
Stakeholder Management
The COE Lead will talk to stakeholders, including those at the C-suite level and senior clients. They will explain technical ideas in a clear way. They will build trust with people across the business.
