About Talent Marketing Intern:-

We are looking for someone to join our Human Resources & Talent Transformation team at IBM. Here we are changing the way work is done by using Artificial Intelligence, data and design that focuses on people. As a Talent Marketing Intern, you will be working on projects that bring technology and people together. Your goal will be to help fill skill gaps and create engaging experiences for candidates.

You will be working on research about talent, comparing IBM with its competitors. You will also be developing an AI tool for talent marketing.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Research and compare IBM with its talent competitors
2. Create guidelines for content quality and governance
3. Work with team leads to create a Generative AI agent for Talent Marketing
4. Plan and execute events, including webcasts and social media activities
5. Collaborate with other teams on event messaging and curriculum
6. Design activities to help new candidate experiences succeed

Qualifications & Skills:-
