The Concentrix Work From Home for Accounts Receivable Associate Job. This job is ideal for finance professionals with experience in invoicing and revenue accruals. As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Concentrix, you will make sure monthly revenue accruals and invoice processing are accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Make sure monthly revenue accruals are processed accurately and on time through the system or manually
- Generate and send sales invoices on time
- Post different revenue entries, including accruals, invoices and write-offs
- Check invoices for accuracy and meeting requirements before sending them out
- Upload invoices to third-party payment portals when needed
- Review and ensure that billed and unbilled ageing is clean
- Make corrections to clear unwanted items as per the process
- Help with audits by providing data and backups when requested
- Help with Accounts Receivable Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts for review
- Keep effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects handled
Candidate Profile Concentrix Work From Home:-
Education:
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
- MBA / PG in Finance & Accounts
- CA Inter (Semi-Qualified)
Experience:
- At 2-3 years of relevant experience in the BPO/Service/Consulting Industry
- Experience with invoicing and monthly revenue accruals
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with third-party portals for invoice processing
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using systems and extracting reports
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented
