Accenture is hiring for an Order to Cash Operations Associate in Noida. Accenture Entry Level Jobs: You will work in Accenture’s Finance Operations team. Your job is to help determine the results by gathering data, analysing it, and ensuring transactions are correct. You will manage the Order-to-Cash process. This includes getting customer orders, collecting payments, managing orders, credits, invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Receive and deposit payments from customers
- Apply payments and credits to customer accounts
- Keep track of debt reserves and allowances
- Prepare reports on Accounts Receivable
- Post and reconcile Accounts activity to the general ledger
- Manage collection of payments, disputes and debt
- Handle dispute tickets. Work with the team to resolve them
- Solve routine problems using guidelines
- Work in rotating shifts as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree required
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of the Order to Cash process
- Experience with cash application processing
- Collection and dispute management skills
- Billing and deduction handling skills
- Accounts Receivable reporting skills
Competencies:
- Ability to handle disputes
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Good email writing skills
- Good Excel skills
Work Expectations:
- Work as part of a team
- Interact with the team and the direct supervisor
- Get a detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks
