About Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2026:-

The Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2026 is now open for a Java Full Stack Developer position in Bengaluru. To be considered for this role, you need to have 4-7 years of experience in Java backend development. You should also have expertise in the mortgage domain.

Your main task will be to design, develop and maintain APIs and backend services. You will also be building microservices for loan origination, underwriting, pricing and servicing workflows. This is a part of the Java Full Stack Developer role.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. You will design, develop and maintain APIs and backend services for the mortgage domain.
2. Building microservices for loan origination and underwriting workflows is another important task.
3. You need to implement data access and business logic that is aligned with mortgage processes.
4. Optimising database queries and designing data models for mortgage entities is also part of the job.
5. You will translate mortgage rules and compliance requirements into solutions.
6. Ensuring compliance with guidelines from MISMO, HMDA, TRID, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is crucial for the Java Full Stack Developer position.

Technical Skills:-

For this role, you need to have skills in the following areas:

• Programming: Java and Spring Boot are the programming skills required.
• Databases: You should be familiar with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Architecture: The job requires knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Cloud: Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP is necessary.
• CI/CD: You should know about GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Mortgage Domain Skills:-

To be a Java Full Stack Developer in this role, you need to have skills in the mortgage domain, including:

• Understanding of the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Knowledge of the underwriting process
• Familiarity with mortgage pricing engines
• Understanding of Credit/Collateral/Capacity (3 Cs)
• Knowledge of compliance workflows
