    • 1st week of the month: 5 pm to 2 am
    • Rest of the week: 3 pm to 12 am

About the Concentrix Work From Home:-

Concentrix Work From Home is looking for an Associate, Accounts Receivable. This job is done from home. Needs 2-3 years of experience with invoicing and monthly revenue accruals. People with B.Com, MBA Finance or CA Inter can apply for this job.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Make sure monthly revenue accruals are done on time and correctly
2. Create and send out sales invoices
3. Put revenue entries into the system, including accruals, invoices and write offs
4. Upload invoices to third-party payment websites
5. Work with other departments and client contacts to resolve disputes
6. Check and make sure billed and unbilled accounts are up to date
7. Help with audits by giving data and backups
8. Support Accounts Receivable Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
9. Keep good standard operating procedures for projects

Candidate Profile:-

Education:

• B.Com
• MBA or post-graduate in Finance and Accounts
• CA inter

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years in Business Process Outsourcing, Service, or Consulting Industry
• Experience with invoicing and monthly revenue accruals

Technical Skills:

• Good at using Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with third-party invoice websites and financial systems

Soft Skills:

• Very good at talking and writing
• Good at analysing problems and paying attention to details
