The main job is to do tasks and help the team leaders. You will also manage trademarks and copyrights. Make sure everything is done correctly.

Key Accountabilities:-

Trademarks

1. Search for trademarks in India and other countries
2. Tell the business if a trademark can be used
3. Write responses to trademark objections
4. Go to hearings to solve trademark issues
5. Renew trademarks on time
6. Check if packaging and branding can be trademarked

Advisory & Compliance

• Check artwork, ads and social media posts
• Review website content and terms
• Research advertising rules
• Look into influencer ads

Litigation & Counterfeit

• Write cease and desist letters
• Advice on trademark infringement
• Help with counterfeit actions

Transactional Matters

• Write contracts and agreements for trademarks and copyrights
• Check trademarks and copyrights during due diligence

Required Qualifications

1. LLB degree
2. 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer
3. Knowledge of trademark and copyright laws
4. Research and writing skills
