About CMA CGM Internship 2026:-
CMA CGM is looking for Learning and Development Interns for its Navi Mumbai office. The internship is a great opportunity for students and fresh graduates who are interested in Human Resources, employee training, talent development and organizational learning.
As an L&D Intern, you will be supporting training programs, employee development initiatives, learning management systems, training coordination and HR development projects. The internship provides hands-on experience in corporate learning and talent management practices at a global logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist in planning and coordinating training programs.
- Support employee learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and learning databases.
- Coordinate with trainers and business teams.
- Prepare training reports and presentations.
- Assist in learning management system (LMS) activities.
- Track employee participation and training completion.
- Support onboarding and induction programs.
- Conduct training feedback analysis.
- Help organize workshops and development sessions.
