Role Summary:-
The Scrum Master at Wipro helps the team use delivery practices, makes sure the team is working well, removes obstacles and ensures that Scrum principles are being used correctly. Key Responsibilities:-
The Scrum Master at Wipro will do the following things:
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions for the Scrum Team at Wipro
- Make sure Scrum events are on time, productive and focused on getting things done for Wipro Career Opportunity USA 2026
- Work with Product Owners to keep the backlog healthy and prioritise tasks for the Scrum Team at Wipro
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders for the Scrum Team at Wipro

Technical & Functional Skills:-
We are looking for someone who really understands Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies and Lean principles for this job at Wipro. The person should also have experience with Jira and Confluence. Know about SDLC, release management and dependency management. The Scrum Master at Wipro should be good at facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts and communicating with the team and stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:-
It would be great if the Scrum Master at Wipro Career Opportunity in USA 2026 had the following certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

- SAFe Agilist
Preferred Competencies:-
