Job Description
Wells Fargo’s New Loan Onboarding (NLS) process plays a vital role in ensuring that all newly closed loans are properly captured and maintained in THE loan settlement system (Strategic). As a member of the NLS team, your primary task is to prepare loan and property-level information immediately after the loan is closed. It also checks borrower details, property information, and loan documents to ensure system records are completely accurate.
This role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a thorough understanding of commercial mortgage servicing operations. Works closely with the Client Solutions team to manage borrower-related inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- After closing the loan, prepare the loan and owner data in the Loan Accounting System (strategy).
- Check borrower information from loan documents and update the system accordingly.
- Review and verify credit and property information to ensure, ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create credit numbers for individual warehouse loans based on lender requirements.
- Interpret various loan documents and maintain proper data entry into third-party systems.
- Analyze loan files and create queries or system reports as needed.
- Process large amounts of work accurately and within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Customer Solutions team and provide support for borrower requests.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability in all engagements.
Education and Qualifications
- A candidate should have at least a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent.
- Adequate knowledge of commercial mortgage servicing processes and products is essential.
- The ability to interpret and analyze loan documents is a basic requirement.
- 1.5-2 years of experience in commercial mortgage lending is an advantage.
