Job Description

Capgemini is hiring an experienced professional for its FMCG Industry – Integrated Operations (Supply Chain) capability. This role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and implementing advanced supply chain strategies that utilize modern technologies, including AI, ML, RPA, and cloud-based systems.

The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain transformation projects, aligning them with Capgemini’s vision of digital and sustainable operations. The position requires deep domain expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders (including CxOs).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Capgemini’s growth in the FMCG industry by focusing on Integrated Operations and Digital Supply Chain capabilities.
Develop strategies to increase business revenue and strengthen client relationships across key accounts.
Serve as a Solution Designer and Subject Matter Expert, contributing to executive-level decision-making and project design.
Build thought leadership by developing insights, whitepapers, and go-to-market assets that position Capgemini as a top supply chain innovator.
Drive collaboration with external partners and alliances to expand the Capgemini ecosystem.
Support sales and business development by designing innovative, tech-driven supply chain solutions.
Mentor teams, conduct internal training, and ensure alignment with the company’s business and market strategies.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Additional certifications in AI/ML applications in supply chain, Agile methodologies, or Digital Transformation are highly preferred.
Proven track record in FMCG or Retail Supply Chain, with deep understanding of Demand Planning, Omni-Channel Supply, and Agile Supply Chain models.
Experience working with advanced technologies such as AI-driven planning, predictive analysis, RPA, and Prescriptive Analytics.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to engage with global business units and clients.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or the FMCG industry.
Must have experience in Digital Supply Chain Strategy and Integrated Operations.
Exposure to Circular Supply Chain, Sustainability Initiatives, and Cloud-based Solutions is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead complex projects in a global environment.
