Job Description
Oracle is seeking a Supplier Data Management Analyst (Spanish) to join our growing Finance and Procurement Operations team. This role focuses on the maintenance and management of supplier data within Oracle’s global procurement and finance systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the supplier onboarding and maintenance process.
You will play a key role in creating and managing supplier records, resolving system or profile issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the supplier management workflow. As this position involves supporting Spanish-speaking suppliers and business partners, Spanish and English language skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Records Management: Review requests to hire approved suppliers and create supplier records in accordance with Oracle’s Global Procurement and Finance Policy…
- Profile Updates: Act on supplier profile change notifications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with global standards.
- Account Resolution: Analyze and resolve issues with your account, such as invalid bank details or suspended payments.
- System Support: Support requesters in Oracle Procurement Cloud and assist vendors with portal queries and technical challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy team and applicants to deliver comprehensive, hands-on supplier management solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of operational efficiency and recommend or implement process improvements.
- Functional Support: Provide first-level functional support on system and process-related issues to internal teams and suppliers.
- Training and Mentoring: Help train new analysts, act as a “buddy” to new hires, and guide end users to better understand the process.
- Compliance: Ensure that all procedures and vendor records comply with Oracle’s compliance and data management policies.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management and contribute to overall process improvement.
