  • Execute inbound customer calls and manage the addressed queries relating to recharge, billing, network, or services.
  • Disclose accurate information about the Jio products, offers, and digital services.
  • Guide customers in troubleshooting the condition of their SIM, mobile data, or devices.
  • Handle requests for new connections, plan upgrades, and changes in service.
  • Take up customer grievances and if there is a need, escalate the issue to the right department.
  • Make sure that the issue is resolved and the customer is satisfied by seeking feedback.
  • Accurately write the details, feedback, and complaints of the customers in the system.
  • Follow the principle of politeness, professionalism, and empathy while talking to customers.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  1. Educational Qualification: At least 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate from any stream.
  2. Age- 18 years and above.

  4. Fluency in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
  5. Basic computer skills (typing, handling applications, and data entry).
  6. If necessary, be willing to work in rotational shifts, on weekends, or on holidays.
