Being a Graduate Trainee – Finance, you need to assist with the finance operations and shared services. Some of your main tasks can be:

• -working on financial documentation, invoices, and reconciliation tasks
• -handling bank statements by recording transactions in the ledgers
• -managing the entries of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• -supporting financial reporting, data validation, and month-end processes
• -transaction processing, ensuring accuracy
• -internal teams coordinating for finance-related requirements
• -compliance with company finance policies and guidelines, maintaining
• -preparing MIS reports and sharing services workflows, assisting

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Have a strong understanding of the AP/AR processes.
• They should also be competent in MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• Must be able to work with financial data and documentation.
• They should know the components of the financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
