Role: Siemens Opcenter MES Modeler

The main role of a MES Modeler is to design, configure, and deploy Siemens Opcenter MES solutions. The position requires the candidate to have strong analytical skills, to pay close attention to details, and to have the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in order to translate requirements into efficient and strong MES models. You will partner with software developers, system architects, and plant staff to the production of scalable solutions, which will in turn make the production process more efficient.

• Set up production workflows, resources, and master data in Opcenter MES.

Domain Knowledge:

1. Undergoing metal manufacturing processes and accompanying workflows.
2. Past experience in Opcenter Siemens (previously SIMATIC IT) is very much preferred.
3. Having a grounding in databases, SQL queries, and integration protocols.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Experience in Siemens Opcenter MES configuration and modeling to the point of being able to assist others in their projects.
