Job Description

Accenture is looking for experienced professionals to fill the position of  Sales Follow-up Manager. This position focuses on supporting internal sales and cross-selling of products and services while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires professionals who can handle calls, ensure quality service delivery, and identify sales, sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

As a Sales Follow-up Manager, you will be responsible for generating, tracking, and closing engineering services deals, particularly in the aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. Drive business growth by managing end-to-end sales opportunities – from lead generation to closing.

This is a high-impact role that combines customer engagement, strategic sales thinking, and execution excellence to deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

Support inbound sales by upselling and cross-selling related products or services.

Manage and track customer interactions, ensuring excellent service quality and adherence to communication standards.

 Identify new business opportunities by effectively engaging customers and assessing needs.

 Design and lead engineering sales efforts – including product design, development, and after-sales services.

Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to capture new opportunities and expand market presence.

Working closely with customers to understand their challenges and develop unique engineering solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of requests, documentation, and project completion.

Build strong customer relationships by providing value-based insight and maintaining ongoing communication.

Support early lead generation by working with CAL and executive teams to qualify leads.

Participate in large-scale, multi-year OEM product development deals and contribute to business profitability.

Education and Qualifications

Minimum education: 15 years of full-time education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

Experience: At least 18 years of experience in sales follow-up management, engineering sales, or related fields.

In-depth knowledge of product design, engineering analysis, validation, manufacturing, and after-sales services.

 Proven ability to lead sales opportunities from qualification to closing with measurable success.
