About Cisco Mega Recruitment 2026:-
We are looking for a senior sales professional to join Cisco Mega Recruitment 2026 as a Partner Sales Leader. This person will be in charge of making sure Cloud and AI Infrastructure grow across the Asia-Pacific, Japan and China region. You will be working from home. Will be responsible for making sure our partners are successful and that our sales pipeline is growing.
You will be part of Cisco’s Global Partner and Route-to-Market Sales team, which is responsible for making sure our Cloud and AI Infrastructure business keeps growing through our partners. We want to make sure our partners prefer to work with us, make money and perform well.
What will you do?
- Deliver Cloud and AI Infrastructure sales and pipeline growth across the Asia-Pacific, Japan and China region through our partners.
- Sales priorities and turn them into plans that our partners can use in their local markets.
- Develop our Cloud and AI Infrastructure Partner Sales team to make sure they perform well and have the skills they need.
- Relationships with the top executives at our strategic partner companies.
- Partners to sell our products to their customers, sell our products through them and sell our products with them.
- Planning, forecasting and management of our sales pipeline.
- Profitability and enablement programs, and make them work in local markets.
- Alliance partners to find opportunities to grow our business.
Minimum Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree or experience.
- 15 years of experience in selling to big companies, managing partners or leading a group of partners.
- 5 years of experience leading a high-performing team.
- Track record of growing our business through our partners.
- Experience developing and implementing plans to go to market.
- Able to explain our solutions to the executives at our partner companies.
- Understand our stack of AI infrastructure solutions.
- Able to use data to make decisions and have influence skills with the top executives at our partner companies.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Understand Cisco’s Cloud and AI Infrastructure products.
- Experience in positioning AI solutions, and if you have certifications in Cloud, AI or GenAI, that is a plus.
- Familiar with the markets and partner ecosystem in the Asia-Pacific, Japan and China region.
- Use AI tools to make your work more efficient.
- It would be great if you have experience working in organisations with many different teams.
