What Would You Do?
- Work with the Finance Operations team to achieve goals.
- Gather data and reports. Then analyse them.
- Make sure transactions are correct for the Order to Cash process.
- Help set up technology to create invoices.
- Process customer invoices. Create corresponding receivables.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Talk to Project Managers and Project Accountants about billing drafts.
- Prepare invoice packages with backup for approval.
- Send invoices and keep billing records.
- Solve problems using guidelines.
- Work alone. As part of a team.
- Work in shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications:-
- You need a BCom degree.
Key Skills:-
- Finance and Accounting well.
- Should be good at processing bills.
- Should be skilled in Excel and MS Office.
- Knowing Oracle is a plus.
