About the Role:-

The job is with Siemens Financial Services. You will work from the Northeastern US. You will do everything for business underwriting, execution and portfolio management for loans to build and buy healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for underwriting healthcare real estate deals.
- Underwrite new deals using good credit and structure analysis.
- Review, underwrite and close healthcare real estate transactions using sound credit and structure analysis.
- Manage a group of funded transactions, making sure everyone follows credit policies and guidelines.
- Look at property valuations from companies, including MAI appraisals and visit properties and markets.
- Lead transactions from start to finish, including negotiating loans and doing paperwork.
Required Qualifications:-
- More than 10 years of experience in underwriting and managing portfolios for commercial real estate.
- Know a lot about building real estate and managing the construction draw process.
- Good at making models of real estate cash flow, including using Argus Software.
- Have a college degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
- Allowed to work in the United States at all times.
- Able to travel. You will travel 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- MBA or have finished a bank credit training program.
- Experience with equity sponsors and complex commercial loan transactions.
Compensation & Benefits:-
- The salary for this Siemens Work From Home Job is between 120,666 USD and 206,858 USD per year.
- You will also get a bonus. The bonus is 50% of your salary.
