Refund & Cancellation Policy – JobBoost.in
At JobBoost.in, we believe in building trust with both job seekers and employers. Since all our services are digital in nature, we follow a transparent and simple refund policy.
1. Non-Refundable Services

Fees paid towards job postings, resume database access, premium subscriptions, or recruiter services are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Subscription charges cannot be adjusted or transferred against any other service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment due to technical error.

Service not activated within 7 working days of a successful transaction.
3. Cancellations

Users may choose to discontinue their subscription at any time; however, no partial or pro-rata refund will be provided.

Once a service (such as job posting or resume access) has been utilized, cancellation will not result in any refund.
4. Refund Process

To claim a refund, please write to support@jobboost.in within 7 days of payment, with your transaction details.

Upon verification, eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Governing Terms

JobBoost.in reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after internal review.

All refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with JobBoost.in’s internal policies and terms of service.
