At JobBoost.in, we believe in building trust with both job seekers and employers. Since all our services are digital in nature, we follow a transparent and simple refund policy.

1. Non-Refundable Services
  • Fees paid towards job postings, resume database access, premium subscriptions, or recruiter services are non-refundable once the service is activated.

  • Subscription charges cannot be adjusted or transferred against any other service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.

  • Service not activated within 7 working days of a successful transaction.

3. Cancellations
  • Users may choose to discontinue their subscription at any time; however, no partial or pro-rata refund will be provided.

  • Once a service (such as job posting or resume access) has been utilized, cancellation will not result in any refund.

4. Refund Process
  • To claim a refund, please write to support@jobboost.in within 7 days of payment, with your transaction details.

  • Upon verification, eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Governing Terms
  • JobBoost.in reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after internal review.

  • All refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with JobBoost.in’s internal policies and terms of service.
